Our commercial team, led by Matthew
Pasley and Greg Lee, acts for a range of listed
and unlisted companies, and private clients, advising on
mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, company and securities
law, joint ventures, restructuring, financing and all forms
of commercial contracts.
Our litigation team, led by Julian
Long, Davey Salmon and
Rob Latton, represents clients at all
levels of the New Zealand courts and in arbitrations. We
have particular expertise in commercial law, contract law, trade
practices, defamation, health, intellectual property and
construction law. Our clients include a number of New
Zealand’s largest corporations and we act in
